1. About lookfwdly

lookfwdly is a travel anticipation app designed to help you enjoy the time leading up to a trip through destination imagery, countdowns, glimpses and related content.

lookfwdly is not a travel booking, itinerary management, navigation, safety or emergency service.

2. Using lookfwdly

You may use lookfwdly for personal and lawful purposes.

You must not:

• misuse or interfere with the Service
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of another person
• upload unlawful, harmful or infringing content
• copy, reproduce or commercially exploit lookfwdly content except where permitted by law or with our permission

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users or our rights.

3. Your account

Some features of lookfwdly may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and the devices used to access it. Information you provide should be accurate and you must not impersonate another person.

You can delete your account using the account deletion functionality provided within the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information associated with your account is collected, used, stored and deleted.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content that you provide to lookfwdly, such as profile information and profile images.

By providing content to the Service, you give us a nonexclusive, worldwide and royalty free licence to host, store, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide any content you upload.

5. lookfwdly content

The lookfwdly name, branding, design, software and original content are owned by or licensed to lookfwdly and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Destination photographs, maps and other content may also be owned or licensed by third parties.

Using lookfwdly does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

6. Travel and destination information

lookfwdly is intended to create anticipation and inspiration around future travel.

Destination names, images, descriptions, phrases, locations, maps and other information may be approximate, incomplete or change over time.

You should not rely on lookfwdly for important travel decisions including navigation, entry requirements, bookings, opening hours, safety information, transport arrangements or emergency information.

Where information is important to your trip, you should verify it using an appropriate authoritative source.

7. Third party services

lookfwdly may provide links or connections to third party services such as Apple Maps, websites or other applications.

Those services are operated independently of lookfwdly and may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or operation of third party services.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep lookfwdly available and reliable but we do not guarantee that the Service or any particular feature, destination or item of content will always be available.

We may update, modify, add or remove features or content as the Service develops.

We may also temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

9. Apple App Store

If you download lookfwdly through the Apple App Store, your licence to use the iOS application is also subject to Apple's applicable terms including Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

These Terms govern your use of the lookfwdly Service and do not replace any rights or obligations that apply under Apple's terms.

10. Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lookfwdly is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information presented through the Service.

11. Privacy

Your use of lookfwdly is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information when you use lookfwdly.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to lookfwdly, our practices or applicable requirements.
